ready for roasting

I love roasting my asparagus at 425°F for 5-10 minutes simply seasoned with salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil. Seeing asparagus on sale at the store is another reminder that spring is really upon us. I'll be eating this with a poached egg for breakfast, yummo!
