more tea less coffee
I am committing to drinking more tea this year. The reason for this goal is to cut back on the trans fats which are in my favorite hazelnut creamer. I haven't found a decent substitute so in addition to nixing the bad fats, I am getting rid of the extra calories too. Also, after editing this image I realize that I need to up my hand care. The cold winter weather has been brutal on my skin and it is showing.
For January I am going to try to put myself in more images.
Tea bag wisdom: Love is to live for somebody, love is not to live with somebody. (coffee doesn't give me daily quotes either, extra bonus!)
