John Rigby grave Atherton Cemetery Gin Pit Tyldesley connection

The brass instrument caught my eye, perhaps he was in the local band, the flower urn at the base shows he was well liked at St Georges and Gin Pit so may have worked in the workshops at Gin Pit which served both pits.
