Manchester's Underworld

The somewhat foreboding entrance to the subterranean tunnels underneath Manchester's Great Northern warehouse.

A system of tunnels some wet, mostly dry, that used to form the ill fated 'Manchester and Salford Junction Canal'.

Beyond this entrance there is no light whatsoever other than your own personal torchlight. Take some spare batteries!
