The site is now pretty much finished since the addition of the new Granada studios development which includes an all new Coronation Street set built to replicate the old Granada site in Manchester.
Not much room left for building on this site now, which was once known as 9 dock "hence the number 9" in the days of Manchester Liners and Salford Docks.
