Passive Stretch 1 - Hamstrings Stretch

Feet parallel, and approx double shoulder width apart, lean from your tummy, your hips will move backwards as your tummy/chest and head move forwards, you should feel the stretch in the backs of your legs and in the back of knees particulaly. Hold the stretch, dont bounce and dont push beyond a nice comfortable stretching feeling
