Synthesized Mineral: Ammonium Chloride (aka "Salammoniac")

Inspired by Sea Moon's photos of crystallized battery electrolyte, I attempted to make ammonium chloride. Muriatic acid (HCl) was combined with household ammonia (NH3) and the solution was allowed to crystallize in a 2.75" dia. beaker. Based on the antenna like crystalline structure, the result appears to be ammonium chloride (NH4Cl).
