Cellulose and Riboflavin Crystals from Water Solution (refiltered) - Incident Light

Crystals grown from hot water solution. The solution was then boiled and refiltered 3 times.

 

I believe the long greenish fibers may be cellulose from the vitamin tablet. Most of the tablet's volume comes from cellulose.
