From the local rockyard comes this interesting 6" wide specimen containing aragonite on deep purple scoria.

Aragonite ? (FL Yellow/Blue,Green >UVa/bc)

 

Shown under UVc light.

PHOS = Phosphorescent

UVa = 368nm (LW), UVb = 311nm (MW), UVc = 254nm (SW)
