The reisue New Blood Jason by NECA! Not a bad figure but not as good in certain areas as the first release in the Cult Classics line.It suffers from some lazy paints around the exposed skin and bone on his arms and legs and an especially lazy and muddy face paint application. The new colors like the brighter tan in the hockey mask and in the ribs looks nice but the mask on this one had a problem where the forehead vent holes are kinda filled in though I don't know if that's a paint issue or a mold error. Added to this is the incorrect V shaped forehead echelon. I DO like the new bloody paints on the machete though.
In the end this is a decent reissue and WELL worth the ten bucks at retail to get if you have a hole in your collection.
