Bumblebee flying to indigo woodland sage

A Bombus of subgenus Megabombus (ruderatus I suspect - but could be hortorum) alighting on what I think is Salvia forsskaolei (Indigo woodland sage) at the Christchurch Botanic Gardens.

Not a carnivorous plant, although it does appear to be giving more of a licking than it is getting!

Cropped, but otherwise unprocessed camera jpeg.
