Birthday Outfit Back

Another Back shot...I am happy with the fit of the pants but the top is a little too blousy for my taste. She is long waisted so the top is also a little shorter than I like. I can adjust the straps but that doesn't help with the length, it just makes the straps slip off her shoulders.
