A short break for Hell Week III athletes still tests balance agility and coordination as part of the CrossFit Scottsdale SEALFIT program

Hell Week III at CrossFit Scottsdale was a true display of mental toughness, courage, strength, and intensity. Athletes ware put through the rigors of Military Style training for 5 days. Some of the new additions to this Hell Week were swimming, self-defense training, and a paintball obstacle course. Thanks to Coach Luke as well as Triathlon Coach Frank Sole, Martial Arts Instructor Tyler “Sensei” Warren, and Military Veterans Brandon P., Chris E., and Matt B.
