Hell Week III at CrossFit Scottsdale was a true display of mental toughness, courage, strength, and intensity. Athletes ware put through the rigors of Military Style training for 5 days. Some of the new additions to this Hell Week were swimming, self-defense training, and a paintball obstacle course.
