Final-Project 7-"Breathe"
I finished this piece with upper and lower bars of blue yellow, pink, and black paint. I tried to use colors that where existant in my sky and area around my body to bring you into the center of the photo. Most of my pieces have words on them, so with careful thinking I decided that I would write something short but with pencil so that it doesn't take anything away from the photo/painitng. the writen area says, "The power of nature can reconnect you to the beauty that lies within you. The essence of who you were, before all the pressures and conflicts of the modern world entered your mind and soul. -Reconnect, Breathe " To finish this piece, I added a glossy medium to the whole surface. I gives it the feeling of being an oil painting along with it giving the colors a real richness.
