Who is surprised that Revs and Cost made their mark up on the High Line? I'm more surprised that it is essentially untouched, as it has to be over 10 years old. There is a lot of graffiti and surprisingly little overwriting along the tracks. It is as if anyone who climbs up respects anyone else who made the climb.
