These are beehive snail shells (they are very old and getting harder to find) I have used a lot of them on the shell boxes that I used to make, but I have a few left! This photograph does not show how yellow the stripe is, but it's very yellow and the other color is brown. They are fairly small snails, I have never seen one alive and I don't think there is much know about them except that the shell is coveted by collectors (perfect specimens of course...these are a bit banged up)...
