Hühnerteile über Nacht mariniert in Soja- und Hoisinsauce, Reiswein, braunem Zucker, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Chili und Sesamöl, dann mit der Marinade bestrichen im Ofen gebacken. Chicken marinated with Soy and Hoisin sauce, mirin (rice wine), brown sugar, garlic (lots), ginger, chili and sesame oil. Coated with the marinade, baked in the oven. Recipe from Samin Nosrat's "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat", twisted and adjusted, very similar to Korean "Sticky Honey Soy Chicken", found years ago at mykoreankitchen.com/sticky-honey-soy-chicken-drumsticks/
