steamed buns that go so well with kong bak, which is stewed pork in a soy sauce gravy. the traditional way to eat this dish is to split the bun where the seam is, spoon pork and gravy into it, and then eat. though i find that tearing the bread up and dipping it into the gravy allows for maximum absorption.
