Early 50's R.H.S. resto.: Getting There
Powder coated, after lead loading and rot cut away from mudguards and chaincase with repair sections let in. Original spec Lights and pedals sourced from e-bay, but I've left the unoriginal 'Merlin' seat that it came to me with as it's just so comfy!
Had handlebars and stem powder coated rather than re-chrome, as I am not the bank of England!
Raleigh Stainless Steel Westrick rims replace the original rotten Endrick ones. Perhaps a step to far, but try finding clean chromed Endricks in 32 \ 40 spoke these days! Still need to spoke the original hub up in the front, though the rear is original to the bike. The rims are period at least, though wrong!
