Standing Buddhas

Two standing Buddha's erected by a Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392) king to win favor from the heavens in granting him a son. The stone sculptures have stood for over a thousand years through numerous wars and invasions, looking out across Korea's mountainous landscape. Just twenty minutes from the DMZ.
