Formerly "Hollywood on the Hudson" (1999 - 2005), the "Blue Cube" is where movies such as The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Stepford Wives, and Zoolander were made. Originally a cable manufacturing plant, the building is awaiting yet another redevelopment.
