Petroglyph
Petroglyph
Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch near Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
Part of a colourful medley of Fringillids visiting our feeder. While vagrant GCRFs sometimes stay put for weeks or months, this one was a ten minute wonder. The species is said to be of accidental occurrence in the Alberta Capital Region, although it breeds only a few hours to the west.
