What's Up?

I am so in love with the clouds background stamp!! Can't resist to make a card with the hot air balloon stamp that I have.I actually wanted to make a window card but it didn't turn out as good as I expected. So this is "plan B." :) I hand drawn the frame for the sentiment before cutting it out.
