Led Zeppelin

I will have to disagree with John Entwhistle (drummer/bassist) for the Who when he suggested that when upon the formation of the new band "it might go down like a lead Zeppelin"

 

The A was dropped in "lead" so that "dense" Americans did not prounounce it leed.

 

While stationed in Germany I had the oppurtunity to see Led Zeppelin in concert in Dortmund on June 17th 1980. I still have the Swansong belt and buckle and the "Led Zeppelin Scarf"

 

Funny thing the same stuff that Killed John Bonham (drummer) also took the life of my father,

Vodka...

 

Still my personally favourite band of all time.
