A record catch!
School holidays obviously started early for these lads doing some fishing at Deep WaterBend on the Pine River north of Brisbane. There was much hilarity at the size of the enormous catch. As with most young people, instant gratification was the desired fishing outcome here - while we were at Tinchi Tamba Wetlands they moved several times after the result was disappointing. I guess the fish weren't biting and the one that got away was supposedly the prize of the day.
