Meatloaf and Perogies

The usually meatloaf that we like a lot. I also added some asparagus on the side. I have always wanted to hand make perogies so I finally did. It is pastry dough, with potatoe and cheese inside. After the dough is stuffed you boil it for a few minutes and then put them in the fridge. Right before cooking, put a little oil in a pan and sautee them. They turned out great.
