JR Sagami Line 205 Series Train at Shake No.2 Crossing

It looks like the train carries passengers enough to occupy all seats.

 

This spot is about 50km away from Tokyo City Center. Forty years ago, not many people lived in this area. Sagami Line was the line with the worst deficit near Tokyo. But the area has grown as a residential area since then. Now the line is just about breakeven.
