Higashi-kitazawa 4th Crossing Opened

Gates of railroad crossings in this area closed for most time, especially in the morning. A crossing was closed for 58 minutes from 7 o’clock to 8 o’clock. At 4pm, when I took this photo, it was not so bad, but I had to wait for a few minutes to see the gate opened.
