Path under JR Musashi-sakai Station

This station was re-constructed during grade separation project of JR Chuo Line. In old days, the station and the tracks divided the town into north and south. Now the areas are connected again with this path.

 

Main purpose of grade separation is to improve traffic capacity of the crossing roads, but it also reconnects the divided town.
