Shutoko Wangan Line in Odaiba

The funny shaped cable-stayed bridge ahead is a pedestrian bridge called “Teleport Bridge” and the area is called “Tokyo Teleport Town.” I do not know the word makes a sense or not. Some government people made the word combining “tele-comunication” and “port.”
