Path over Tobu Line Track

This path exists near the bottom of the ventilation tower shown in “Ventilation Tower over Kitamachi-Wakagi Tunnel.”

 

Under the Tobu Line track is a tunnel of main part of Ring Road No.8. This path should be a part of the road. It looks very narrow for a “sidewalk” of a major road like Ring Road No.8.
