Empty Space for New Road toward Building under Construction
A new road will be built in this empty space. The plan of the new road appeared about 70 years ago. The plan was not carried out for a long time, but it never died and to build something in the site was restricted.
This empty space was used by Tora-no-mon Hospital. The most part of the hospital became tall buildings, but an old low building in this spot was not replaced for a long time. Of course the road plan was the reason. Now the construction of the road started finally, and the building was removed. If you see this spot in Google Street View, you will find the old building.
