Where Odakyu Line Crosses against Ring Road No.7
The ground is slightly cut for Ring Road No.7 here. But the sidewalks go up. It enabled steep sidewalls and made the width of the dug area narrower. It might help to reduce the budget, but cyclists have to go up a tough slope.
The sign says “Pedestrians have the right of way. Cyclists should slow down or push your bike.”
