Inokashira-dori at Tomigaya Intersection in December 2009

The place where traffic signal on the road might be a median strip, but the signal was standing between the lane for cars going straight and the lane for cars turning to the right.

 

Now the signal was removed, and a new traffic signal is placed on a new pedestrian bridge. The new signal is shown in “Sidewalk along Inokashira-dori.”
