Map of Old Rokugo-yosui

The deep blue network in the map is Rokugo-yosui, an agricultural drainage built in 17th century. Currently, only a part of the western half remains as the Maruko River, which is shown in “Private Bridges across the Maruko River” and “Where Downstream Half of the Maruko River Starts.”
