Toei Arakawa Line 8800 Series Streetcar at Otsuka Rose Festival

There is only one 8800 series streetcar that is painted in yellow. Setagaya Line also has only one yellow streetcar. Last year, Arakawa Line and Setagaya Line held a campaign featuring the yellow streetcars.
