Ramp to Shinjuku Exit of Shutoko No.4
The road above is not main line of Shutoko, but ramps to Shinjuku Exit. But the right two branches look too wide for a ramp to an exit. Perhaps Shutoko C2 was planned to connect here? I do not know.
