Shibuya Hikarie Underground Entrance in Tokyo Metro Shibuya Station
Taken one month before new commercial complex building “Shibuya Hikarie” opens. The building will be connected to Tokyo Metro’s underground Shibuya Station here. Elevators to the ground level were working, but fences were blocking us from entering the building.
