Reliefs at the Sumida River

I took this photo on a boat going down the Sumida River. On the larger relief is a dragon. So, the animal on the smaller one seems to be a tiger, because a dragon and a tiger often make a pair. But I am not sure that they make a pair. Their sizes do not match.

On the parapet, openwork of white and orange persons wrestling is displayed. The parapet shows Sumo wrestling’s 48 winning tricks.
