Yuragi Tree

According to the panel at the bottom of this object, it is called “Yuragi Tree.” Yuragi means “fluctuation” in Japanese. The shape is taken from the reflected Tokyo Sky Tree on the surface of the Kita-jikken River. An example of Tokyo Sky Tree mirror image is shown in “Upside Down Tokyo Sky Tree View on Nishi-jikken-bashi.”

 

This piece of work was installed recently, at the beginning of 2011. Google street view does not show it.
