Pedestrian Deck at the North Exit of JR Tachikawa Station

This photo was taken at the North Exit of JR Tachikawa Station.

 

The pale blue arch is suspending the pedestrian deck to make a broad space for the bus terminal under the deck. The building beyond the arch has nine stories. So, the arch should be about 20m high.
