Entrance of JR Tokyo Station Underground Part

The elevated railroad beyond the entrance is Shinkansen track. The yellow frame is suspending a warning sign over the road, to tell the max headroom.

 

I think the place shown in “Underground Walkway in Tokyo Station” exists under here. But I am not sure. The station is complex.
