Signal for Cultivation Utility Vehicle
I took this photo on a bridge across Tokyu’s rail yard. The sign attached this object says it is a signal for cultivation utility vehicles. The bridge is not enough for two vehicles. So, when a vehicle is on it, other vehicles must be stopped on the other side.
