Advertisement on Fence around Shutoko C2 Shinagawa Route Construction Site
I took this photo at the construction site of Shutoko C2 Shinagawa Route near Osaki. Since the construction work of the expressway is backed up by the government, we do not see this kind of advertisement on the fence normally. One thing special for this site is this fence is hiding a way to a building. I think these ads are compensation to people in the building.
