Small Path under JR Nanbu Line Track in Musashi-kosugi
The ground is a little higher at the other side of the railroad track. So, steps exist between this small underpass and the road over there. The bottom of the railroad track looks low, but the space above the walking people is not so small.
The red flag is an advertisement of a cake shop under the track.
