An Excavator and a Truck under Elevated Railroad of Shinkansen

At the north of the place shown in “Yet Another Narrow Space at Kyo-bashi Exit of Yuraku-cho Station,” an excavator was working under the space under Shinkansen track. It looks like a shop has closed and a new one will be built here.
