Road between Elevated Railroad of Shinkansen and Tokyo Expressway

I have uploaded some pictures of “Nishi-ginza JR Center” which exists under elevated railroads of Shinkansen and other JR tracks. This photo shows a road beside the spot. The right side wall is Shinkansen’s elevated railroad. “Nishi-ginza JR Center” exists in it. The left side wall is Tokyo Expressway. The space under the expressway is used for shops, too.

 

The surface of the road goes down in the same way Nishi-ginza JR Center does.
