Yamanote Line and Shutoko No.4 Overpass
I took this photo at the south of JR Yoyogi Station. The green bridge is Yamanote Line’s elevated railroad. The white elevated road is Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) No.4.
The traffic signal on the road is not a usual one. An intersection exists behind the elevated railroad, and it has a traffic signal which is hard to see from here. When red light is on at the intersection, yellow light on this traffic signal blinks to warn drivers. Since the yellow light is not blinking now, a green light should be on at the hidden intersection.
