Emergency Staircase in Daishi Junction

Here “Kawasaki Mirai Tunnel” course switches from the westbound road to the eastbound road. It means that we have to go up from the lower deck to the upper deck of double-decked tunnel. That is the reason why we are going up along emergency staircase.
